General Terms and Conditions - We Go Cine

1. Company Information

• Company Name: We Go Cine

• Location: Van Ostadestraat 16b Maassluis 3141JM

2. Agreement Formation

• All offers and quotations are non-binding until explicitly accepted.
• Agreement is considered formed through:
  
  1. Written acceptance via email
  2. WhatsApp message confirmation
  3. Client’s presence during filming/shooting activities
  4. Commencement of the project with client’s knowledge

3. Payment Terms

• Standard payment term is 30 days from invoice date.
• For commercial transactions, the following applies:
  
  1. Statutory commercial interest rate of 12.25% per annum for late payments.
  2. Additional administration costs will be charged per overdue month, starting at 2.5% of the total amount per month.
  3. Collection costs will be charged to the client in case of non-payment.

4. Production Requirements

• Client must provide all necessary materials and information by specified dates.
• Client is responsible for obtaining necessary filming permits and location access.
• Client must ensure the presence of all required participants during scheduled shooting dates.

5. Approval and Delivery

• Client will receive production proof for approval.
• After final approval, any requested changes will incur additional costs.
• One master copy will be provided in specified format; additional copies are charged separately.

6. Intellectual Property

• We Go Cine retains exclusive ownership of all recorded material.
• Company maintains worldwide license to use photography and video content.

7. Liability

• We Go Cine is not liable for errors after client approval.
• Company is not responsible for damages or injuries at client premises or locations.

8. Confidentiality

• Both parties must maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Information may only be disclosed when legally required or with mutual agreement.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by Dutch law.
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.

10. Project Execution

• Client’s presence during filming constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions.
• All electronic communications (email, WhatsApp) may serve as valid evidence of agreements.

11. Late Payment Consequences

• Statutory commercial interest rate applies from day 31 after invoice date.
• Company reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received.
• Legal collection procedures may be initiated after written notice.
