Het begint altijd bij een hobby..
Het verhaal begint wanneer Sarmad in zijn geboorteland Irak wordt bevangen van film en fotografie. Aangekomen in Nederland, strijkt hij neer in Maassluis. Hier werkt hij enige tijd bij een IT-bedrijf, maar zijn passie voor beeld raakt hij niet kwijt.

Who are the people behind We Go Cine?
Who is Sarmad?
As a young adult, Sarmad arrived in the Netherlands with his family, leaving his birthplace of Iraq behind. It was there that he discovered his passion for video and photography. After several years working for an IT company, he decided to start his own business in 2015. Sarmad is married and has two sons.
Who is Edwin?
Edwin studied Communication at Inholland University of Applied Sciences in Rotterdam. After numerous jobs in the communication and research fields, he started his own company, Tekstfiguur, in 2018. We Go Cine has been engaging Tekstfiguur since 2021 for all PR, marketing, and communication activities. Edwin has one daughter and another child on the way with his partner.
